Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and SHADOW TECH PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", or "us") regarding your registration, login, and use of the Mokokit platform ("Platform").

These Terms and our Privacy Policy together constitute the complete agreement for your use of the Platform. If there is a conflict between them, these Terms prevail.

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Platform. If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Platform provides content operation tools for creators, brand operation teams, and small businesses, including content rewriting and optimization, image processing and cropping, data analysis, and account operation assistance.

The tools on the Platform are first-party tools developed by us. Some tools may call third-party AI models or platform APIs. Specific feature descriptions are subject to the tool detail pages shown in the Platform.

Important note: Some tools retain submitted inputs and generated outputs in task history to support result recovery, troubleshooting, and billing integrity. Task history is not intended to be a permanent archive. Please copy or download important outputs promptly, because availability and retention may change under our Privacy Policy.

LinkedIn Growth stores your profile, content pillars, ideas, drafts, saved versions, AI candidates, publication status, performance observations, and recommendations so you can continue the product workflow. This business data is separate from ToolRun execution records.

LinkedIn publishing is manual. The Platform can help you copy a ready draft, but it does not connect to your LinkedIn account or publish on your behalf. Any publication status you mark is your own confirmation.

The Platform uses "credits" as its billing unit. Tool usage is completed by consuming credits.

How to obtain credits: Credits may be purchased through packages or obtained through invitation rewards and other lawful methods. Credits may be used only within the Platform and may not be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash or other platform benefits.

Consumption rules: Charges are triggered when a task is submitted, and credits are deducted immediately. If a task reaches a failed state because of a Platform or third-party provider execution error, the credits consumed for that task are automatically refunded. A completed task with a valid output is charged even if the result does not meet your subjective expectations.

Validity: Purchased credits do not expire. After account deletion, remaining credits will be cleared and will not be refunded or compensated.

Prohibited conduct: You may not bypass the billing system by technical means, including scripts, plug-ins, or reverse-engineered APIs. If discovered, we may immediately suspend or terminate the account without refunding remaining credits.

Payment methods: The Platform uses Stripe Checkout to sell credit packages. Payments are priced in USD by default, and multi-currency payments are not currently supported.

Refund policy: Credit packages are generally non-refundable once purchased. If the service is permanently discontinued solely due to our reasons, we will refund the corresponding amount based on remaining credits. If you have a payment dispute, please contact support within seven days after payment. Late requests may not be accepted.

Payment receipts: Receipts or invoices after payment are provided by Stripe and can be viewed on the orders page. The Platform no longer provides a local invoice request workflow.

The Platform supports registration and login through Google OAuth or email and password. When using Google OAuth, you authorize us to obtain necessary basic information such as your email address, avatar, and display name. When using email and password, you provide your email address and set a password. This information is used for account creation, identity verification, and login session maintenance.

You are fully responsible for account security. You may not transfer, rent, lend, or otherwise allow others to use your account. We are not responsible for credit loss or data leakage caused by your own actions, including account sharing, device loss, compromised Google account, or leaked password.

If you notice abnormal account activity, contact support immediately.

When using the Platform, you must comply with applicable laws and the rules of relevant social platforms. You may not use the Platform to:

If you violate the above rules, we may issue warnings, suspend service, or permanently terminate your account depending on severity. Serious violations may be pursued under applicable law, and remaining credits will not be refunded.

Some Platform tools integrate AI language models or image processing models. You understand and accept the following:

Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain factual errors, logical issues, or wording unsuitable for specific scenarios. You must review all generated content before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all content generated, edited, and ultimately published using the Platform. We are not jointly liable for your use of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

Manual publishing: You must review the exact adopted draft version before copying and publishing it yourself. Marking a version as published records only your confirmation and does not send or recall content on LinkedIn.

Copyright risk: AI-generated content may resemble existing works. We do not guarantee originality or non-infringement. You are responsible for any copyright disputes arising from your use of generated content.

No abuse: You may not use the Platform to generate content for deception, fraud, impersonation, or manipulation of public opinion.

Platform rights: The Platform's software code, interface design, tool logic, brand marks, and related documents are owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without written authorization.

User content: You retain intellectual property rights in the original content you input. You authorize us to process and store input data as necessary to provide the service, task history, security, support, and billing integrity. We do not use your input content to train our own models. We disclose it to service providers only as necessary to perform the requested task and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Generated content: To the extent permitted by law, you may use outputs generated through Platform tools. We do not guarantee the intellectual property status of such outputs.

The Platform supports one owner account inviting multiple members into a shared workspace.

Credit sharing: All member actions consume the owner account's shared credit balance. The owner is responsible for credit consumption caused by member behavior.

Joint responsibility: If a member violates these Terms while using the Platform, the owner, as the inviter, is responsible for appropriate management. We may restrict the entire workspace due to member violations.

Invitation mechanism: Invitations take effect only after confirmation by the invited user and are valid for 24 hours. The owner may remove members at any time, and members may leave the workspace voluntarily. Credits consumed by historical member actions will not be refunded after a member leaves or is removed.

Some Platform features depend on external services such as Google OAuth, Cloudflare Turnstile, payment services, and third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for:

We will give reasonable advance notice of known material service changes, but we are not directly liable for losses caused by the circumstances above.

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or suitability for your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

In all cases, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid for credit purchases in the three months before the claim arose.

Service changes: We reserve the right to adjust, update, or terminate part or all of the service at any time. Material changes will be announced through the Platform or account notification 15 business days in advance.

Account deletion: You may request account deletion at any time. After deletion, remaining credits will be cleared without refund, and your personal data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is irreversible.

Platform shutdown: If we decide to permanently stop operating the Platform, we will publish a notice 30 days in advance and refund fees in proportion to remaining credits.

The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

If a dispute arises between you and the Company, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and material changes will be notified through in-app notices. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform and request account deletion.
