This Privacy Policy explains how SHADOW TECH PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", or "the Company") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information. Please read it carefully before using this platform. By using the platform, you agree to this policy.

Basic account information obtained through Google OAuth, such as your email address, avatar, and display name
Email address, password hash, and necessary login state information when you register or sign in with email and password
Account information you set in the platform, such as workspace name and profile name
Necessary payment information you provide to Stripe during Stripe Checkout
Content and instructions you submit to tools, including source material, profile details, prompts, and preferences

2. Information generated while using the service

Credit purchase records, payment amount, Stripe payment receipt identifiers, and purchase time
Tool usage records, including tool name, credits consumed, execution time, and success or failure status
Tool inputs and generated outputs stored in task history and limited technical processing logs so we can deliver results, restore interrupted work, investigate failures, and prevent billing errors
LinkedIn Growth records, including your profile, content pillars, ideas, drafts, saved versions, AI candidates, publication status, performance observations, and recommendations
Invitation records, including team invitations you send or accept
Human verification results and related security check logs for email registration
System logs, including IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, access time, and frontend error details for troubleshooting and service improvement

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

Provide the service: verify your identity, manage your account and credit balance, and process payments and receipt queries
Run tools and restore results: process submitted content, generate outputs, maintain task history, and recover interrupted or failed work
Enable team collaboration: handle workspace invitations, member management, and shared credit usage
Protect security: detect abnormal login behavior, credit abuse, and API misuse
Improve the service: analyze aggregated and de-identified logs for stability and product usage
Meet legal requirements: retain necessary transaction records where required by applicable law

We do not use your personal information for advertising, sell your personal information to third parties, or use your information to train AI models.

3. Third-party Services and Data Transfers

Some tools on this platform rely on third-party AI model APIs or platform APIs. During execution:

We transmit only the parameters necessary to perform the requested task, and the transmitted content depends on your input.
We require cooperating third-party providers to follow confidentiality obligations and not use submitted data for model training or external disclosure.
Because we cannot fully control third-party data handling, we recommend that you avoid entering personal identifiers, trade secrets, or highly sensitive information.

Google OAuth: Our login feature depends on Google OAuth. Your Google account data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

LinkedIn publishing is manual. Mokokit can copy a draft to your clipboard and open LinkedIn in a separate tab, but it does not connect to your LinkedIn account or transmit the draft to LinkedIn. A publication status you mark in Studio is stored only as your own confirmation.

Cloudflare Turnstile: We use Cloudflare Turnstile during email registration to reduce automated registration and credit-abuse risk.

Stripe: Payments, refunds, and payment receipts are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms.

Platform business data is stored and transferred according to the configured deployment environment and processed only as necessary to provide the service.

4. Security Measures

We take the following measures to protect your data:

HTTPS encryption across the site to protect data in transit
Email passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes; we do not store plaintext passwords
Encrypted database storage, with sensitive fields encrypted or masked under data minimization principles
Strict server access controls so internal staff can access only necessary data when required
Regular security scanning and incident response drills

If a data security incident occurs, we will notify affected users through in-app notification or email within 72 hours after discovery and take remedial measures.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: You can view your basic account information and credit records in account settings.

Correction: If you find inaccurate information, you may request correction through support.

Deletion: You may request account deletion. After deletion, we will delete your account information within 30 days, except transaction records that must be retained by law.

Withdraw authorization: You may revoke Mokokit's Google authorization in your Google account settings at any time. If you use email and password login, you may request account deletion or data handling through support.

Data copy: You may request a copy of your personal information through support.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information at the end of this policy. We will respond within 15 business days.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

This platform uses cookies and browser local storage to maintain login status and preferences. These records are stored locally on your device and are not used for cross-site tracking.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but login and related features may not work properly.

7. Children

This platform is not intended for users under 18. If we discover that an account is used by a minor, we will suspend the account and delete related information. If you become aware of a minor using the platform, please contact support.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy due to business changes, legal updates, or product changes. Updated terms will be posted on the platform. For material changes, such as substantial changes to data usage purposes, we will notify you through in-app notice 15 days in advance and may ask you to reconfirm on your next login.
